From the age of three, I was introduced to the magic of books by my father, who instilled in me a love for reading that would shape my life. By twelve, I had picked up the pen, weaving stories that reflected my imagination and aspirations. Encouraged by my teachers from middle school through college, I was driven to pursue writing as more than just a passion—it was a calling. Like many dreams, mine took a backseat as I devoted myself to marriage and raising my children. Yet, the fire of storytelling never faded. I journaled, I read, and I carried my love for words in my heart.

In 2016, my father—my first literary influence—passed away. His loss reignited something within me, a reminder of the dreams I had once set aside. Writing became more than a passion; it became a purpose. I knew it was time to take my place among the voices of independent authors and bring my stories to life. Thus, Tappe Hopson Publications was born—a testament to perseverance, creativity, and the unwavering belief that stories, like dreams, should never be left untold.
